zach’s passionata mojito recipe

Longtime UM friend and uber-bartender Zach doesn’t have any trouble ahem, ‘making time’ with the ladies.  If his million dollar smile or razor sharp wit should ever fail him though, he can always fall back on his recipe for the perfect panty peeler: the passionata mojito.

Don’t just take my word for it though.  A few Saturday’s ago I had the pleasure (!!!) of spending the evening with two gorgeous blonde co-eds in town from Albuquerque.  I introduced them to the Passionata.  Their reaction:  “this is the tastiest drink I’ve ever had!”.  Nuff said.

Passionata Mojito

1 1/2 oz Hypnotiq liquor
1 1/2 oz X Rated liquor
8-10 mint leaves
Club soda
Lime juice

Prepare like a regular mojito.  Muddle mint leaves in glass, add ice, hypnotic and X Rated, top with a splash of lime juice, and finally fill glass to top with club soda.

Voila.
