oldest and dirtiest dirty cop trick in the book, give a command that cannot be followed, in this case “Stand UP!!” after repeatedly tasing someone (if you’ve ever been tased you know you CAN’T STAND UP for a while) and using “non-compliance” as an excuse to beat, or in this case repeatedly taser a kid. Most real police officers I know prefer to have a criminal laying on the ground, it makes it easier to subdue and handcuff them.
