what does character mean to you?

One of the things I love about both my apartment and my current job are the buildings they’re in.  Both are old school (my work building is over 100 years old) historical delights filled with cool details like marble walls, interesting finishes, etc.  They also share something else in common; they remind me explicitly of various buildings I’ve been in and out of in New York City.  In this way, they have ‘character’ to me, and most importantly, character I’m truly drawn to.
