verizon exit interview

Having spent more miserable moments than I care to recall absorbing the hell-bent anger (and general stupidity) of customers’ complaints while working at a call center, my one resignation-related regret would have to be the lack of an exit interview.
One Verizon tech support agent was a bit ‘luckier’.
Yes, this is a very safe place to work. Any place where I have to swipe a magnetic badge to take a shit is safe.
It only gets better from there.
