Understanding Women: Pant Length

I have put in a hefty amount of time paying attention to the fairer sex, but still many things allude me. I have accepted this challenge to be a lifelong endeavor. However, I had a question this morning, and thought to pool the collective resources of urban monarch readers. Maybe together we can figure out women.
When I buy pants, I buy a 34″ inseam. That’s the length it takes to get from my hips junk [nod raquel] to a gentle brush against the floor. Each designer seems to interpret this differently, so it’s not a solid measurement, but I’m straying from my point.
I’ve noticed that women wear pants in the same fashion. What puzzles me is that they wear different sized heals, yet still they have pants that gently hover above the ground. Are women buying pants that are obviously longer than their legs? Are they then restricted to wearing said pants with only heals of a certain height?
I know someone with a Kitchen Aide Mixer… It’s real nice.
Yes. If they decide to wear flats, they put a stylish cuff on the bottom.

Women, have pants of all lengths, choose the pants for the shoes, or the shoes for the pants. Yep, they do buy pants purposely longer than their legs, and are restricted to heels of said height, all in the name of fashion. Although the measurements for woman’s pants are, I admit, a bit unreasonable, having a size 5 is more flattering than a 30 (waist).
