The one thing that invariably goes whenever I change my daily routine is my hydration level.  At home or in the office I’m guzzling water.  Switch up my daily habits, or relocate me around the world, I stop drinking enough water.  This trip however, I packed retaliation in the form of a planet saving reusable water bottle.

I already feel better and it took an unnoticeable amount of room in my bag.  I could’ve probably even thrown it in my carry-on and filled it in from a drinking fountain in the airport.  Next on the list?  A filtered water bottle.

Increasing your water intake is bar none the simplest way to positively influence your overall health. Good idea.

I am taking issue with this entry, not because I disagree, but because it just seems entirely common sense that having a water bottle when traveling is a good idea. I hardly see how this is a new thought, or a helpful tip—-it’s like saying ‘Travel tip: bring extra pairs of underwear’……..
