I just tried this for the first time, using my simple cell phone timer. In the course of two 'sessions' I was able to get an entire week's worth of posts done for my personal blog. I felt like I was racing against the clock, which completely kept me focused and prevented the usual slippage into surfing, etc. Thanks for the incredibly helpful post Glenn.
