Almost empty bottle of bottom shelf gin?  Check.

1/2 full gallon of orange juice.  Check.

Slightly dusty bottle of cherry brandy?  Check.

About a shot’s worth of unnamed tequila?  Check.

A hangover from hell just waiting to happen if you’re not careful? Check.

Fear not, my soon to be drunken disciples.

There’s a site that can help you make the most of whatever libations you happen to find lounging about your liquor cabinet.

Webtender is an ingenious tool that lets you input your current stock (liquors, mixers, just about anything liquid) and tells you, instantaneously, what concoctions can be made from whatever’s on hand.

Better still?  It has the option of looking for drinks that might require just “1 Additional Ingredient” or “2 Additional Ingredients”, etc.

The perfect foil for those nights when a run to the liquor store is out of the question, but a jog to Walgreens for a 20oz of Fresca (to complete the perfect cocktail) seems perfectly reasonable.

Drink hard, drink often.

Webtender is ok, but I prefer Extratasty. It’s all Web2.0′d up — social networking, drink ratings, no popups, clean design, etc. Check it, yo.
