		<description>Tarragon, the French type, not the wild Russian is an aromatic herb with a light licorice yet herbal flavor.  Not hard core black licorice though.  Not anised like atar anise or even fennel.  You see it used in chicken dishes or even to flavor something exotic like Salmon Tartare.

The Sub Rosa Tarragon vodka is basically a tarragon infusion with a backbeat of mint for flavor dynamics and balance.  At 90 proof though, this girl packs a whollop. Lazer like flavors.  Subtle yet intense.  Only available in Oregon, Washington and soon in California.
