Rules For House Sitters

Currently I’ve loaned my apartment out to my friend’s younger sister. It came with a few rules.
- Be courteous of the neighbor downstairs
- Watch out for stains on the concrete counter tops
- No weird (descriptive removed) sex on my sofa
Did I miss anything?
-replace the booze/groceries/etc you use. (and or hands off the really good stuff)
-you are responsible for your guests. so if george messes things up. i don’t care, you’re liable and you settle up with george.
-get an agreement in writing. way better than “he said, she said”
Get the mail once and a while, and no redecorating.
-no tampons down the toilet.
