reasons to get drunk: 12/6 edition

Modern Drunkard’s work has long been a staple of my coffee table / internet browser / sober afternoon cubicle-shackled daydreams. For some odd reason, I found myself remembering their excellent drinking by the numbers series “365 reasons to get drunk”. Every day of the year is accounted for (not only with a legitimate holiday worth toasting, but also a suggested libation for the occasion).
Today’s main event:
National Pawnbrokers Day. The launching pad of many an impromptu bender. As much booze as your guitar speaker will buy.
As Greg would tipsily say: “If you can’t Cash in’er, Cash honor”
