Sean hooked me up with his buddy in Boston who was the head of security for 3 different establishments. We got in right away without waiting in line and didn't have to pay cover. Later he took us to one of the other clubs he managed security for, we were walking through back hallways with random bouncers watching doors like Henry Hill using the kitchen entrance of the Copa. Being the suburban monarch/workaholic that I am I don't go out enough to get these kinds of hookups locally. Knowing these people is the greatest. As a former bartender/server in a hot Palm Beach nightspot, I can vouch for the credibility it brings. Now that I am out of the front-end service industry game, I do everything I can to make contacts inside the venues I visit. Just don't ride on your buddy's coat tails too hard.
