I run the radio station out of my basement studio, and we do a lot of outdoor stuff when the weather permits, so these gracious people who got stuck with me living on their street have had to endure studio and concert sound systems at all hours of the day and night pumping out everything from big band to drum-n-bass (bleh). Live industrial bands, barbershop quartets and other oddities. I'm certainly not a jerk, and I always check with the folks on either side to make sure I'm not disturbing them or causing a problem. To my continued good fortune, both sets of folks are older and down to earth and their reply is - "Oh we'd let you know, but down worry, we were young once too. have fun!"
