passive agressive notes

When not snapping pulitzer prize caliber photos in the back alleys of Denver or matching wits against chess supercomputers, UM friend Brian spends his time discovering sites like Passive Agressive Notes.
Thankfully, he shares the goods.
If you’ve ever worked in an office, you’ve no doubt seen the likes of the “Your mom doesn’t work here, CLEAN UP YOUR MESS” signs near the coffee maker.
Chances might be less likely you’ve seen some of the gems at the brilliant Passive Agressive Notes blog, a clearinghouse of pent up corporate /roomate / anonymous neighbor rage.
Two of my favorites include a friendly reminder to refill the coffee pot and a little warning for would be food thieves.
Positively classic stuff, thanks Brian.

Coffee refilling seems to be a problem in need of a good solution. Almost every office I’ve been in (and I’ve been in a lot as a contractor) has posted pleading signs. The funniest was a flowchart that started with “Did you drink the last of the coffee?”
They took my sign off the coffee machine in my office because my words were too harsh :-/
Oooh! What did it say?!
I think the solution to the coffee problem is the Office Linebacker. Perhaps you could start a business hiring out Office Linebackers? It could be worth millions!
