Frank Kelly Rich, the anti-sober savant behind The Modern Drunkard wants to change the way the world thinks about drinking.
While there are dozens of books telling you how to make drinks, there are precious few willing to explain what to do after you’ve taken the next logical step and poured them in the direction of your liver. Which is disgraceful, if you ask me.

Being quite the alcohol aficianado myself, I’ve always enjoyed the humorous, helpful information available on the site. From regular features such as “Gin soaked Fiction” to feature articles on the effect of drinking Absinthe, Modern Drunkard leaves no boozehound behind.

Have you been to one of the conventions?
Not yet. YET. I almost went to the one they had here two years ago, but believe it or not, no one wanted to join me. I know I wouldn’t have that problem now.
