As to the guy who the Greenpeace volunteer thought was a "perv" - If I was a woman, and someone came up to me on the street, unsolicited, and started asking about the progress of Mr. Splashy Pants, I'd most likely either hit or run, or both. But I'm not a woman, so I'd most likely beat the guy senseless, take his wallet, run, and then mail the wallet back sans ID. From there I'd plaster his ID all over the web as a "perv". But that's just me. I think a better name would be CAPTAIN Splashy Pants.
