The most surprising part about using a Jimi wallet are all the comments people make about it. Now on my 3rd wallet, and in a bright orange color called Safety, it’s even more pronounced when I pull it out of my pocket. Instead of writing my own biased accolades on the product, I’ll just write the last three things I’ve heard said about it. Mind you, these have all occurred in less than a week.
Is that your wallet?
-Barista confused by where exactly my debit card was appearing from.
Cool wallet!
-Liquor store clerk who after denying my ID-less friend almost forgot to ask for mine when distracted by my Jimi.
You should buy a bunch of those and give them away as presents. I want one.
-Sister-in-law pining for my water-resistant wallet.
UPDATE: I’ll add a couple of Cash experiences, sporting my new Magenta Jimi:
Cute wallet..
-Even cuter bank teller
Ooooh! I see, I see, very nice one you have there.
-Sweet old Asian lady who runs the coffee stand in the bus station
Get one from Jimi, or Mike, or whoever it is running the ship over there. They’re only 15 bucks.

I ordered one in August of last year.
I must say, I do enjoy it now that I’ve migrated an almost entire card-only lifestyle. It plays nice in my front pocket (alleviating back strain), and it’s small size keeps me from loading it up with a bunch of receipts that I would end up throwing away anyway.
I went for the more subtle Charcoal (or whatever) colored translucent one. I keep a mini winelist of inexpensive-yet-delicious wines against the side of the wallet, so I can read it without even opening it.
I always get the “ohhh is that thing waterproof??” comment.
I’ve hijacked the post and added my own two cents above..
Jess; great idea! Don’t forget Greg’s http://www.urbanmonarch.com/quick-tip-frequently-used-phone-numbers/ either.. Good stuff for sure.
Who the crap plans to go out drinking and then leaves their wallet at home???
