I just recently started actively using my George Foreman grill and I love it! I can make healthy, quick meals like you wouldn't believe and I am discovering other menu plans. I'm one of the people who uses a water soaked paper towel immediately after cooking. It only takes about 3-5 minutes, but probably less, depending on what you are cooking. You're grill is hot and with a wet paper towel you can't go wrong. Anything that sticks wipes off, quickly. As far as the drip catcher, I use a large plate and that works excellent! I don't buy greasy meat. I buy fish, chicken, or lean beef and I just found this fabulous recipe for a grilled cheese sandwich, made with goat cheese and apple slices, yummy.

i found the easiest answer was take a damp papertowel and wipe the thing down right after using it, while everything is still warm. makes it easy to clean off. i then celebrate with a hearty meatshake.
