We recently celebrated a milestone here at Urban Monarch; our 100th post. (Actually, our 106th post, but who’s counting).
Now that we’ve compiled a sizable volume of information, I thought it would be good to point out some ways to find some of the older articles you may have missed.
Some of you are old hands at this ‘blog’ thing, but for anyone who’s just recently come on board here are some tips to get the most out of our website.
CATEGORIES
To the right of our main page, you will see a section called Categories.
Clicking on any of the categories listed will bring up all the articles that we’ve grouped together under that heading.
Be sure to note : the bottom of each Urban Monarch page will have a link that says
< Previous Entries
This is important because only 11 articles, max, will appear on a single page at a given time. If you want to explore our back catalog of articles, be sure to use the Previous Entries link.
AUTHORS
Also to the right of our main page, the Authors section allows you to see all the articles written by a particular Urban Monarch contributor. Again, don’t forget the “Previous Entries” link to see everything.
AUTOMATICALLY GETTING UPDATES
Many of you have probably already subscribed (thanks!) to Urban Monarch via an RSS Reader. If you don’t know what RSS means, check this out.
Perhaps the easiest way to stay current with Urban Monarch is to subscribe via email. You’ll notice a box on the upper right of our main page that looks like this:

Typing your email here and hitting “Subscribe” will sign you up to receive an email once a day containing a wrap-up of Urban Monarch updates.
Don’t worry, we’ll never spam you or give your email address to anyone else, and you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
Hopefully these tips will allow you to get even more out of the site.
