Neil Strauss ends his forward to The Mystery Method with…  “Welcome to your new lifestyle.  Are you tired yet?”  Apparently pickup artists aren’t the only ones feeling a little sleepy.

Every day, 2.2 million Americans complain of being tired. Most of us chalk it up to having too much to do and not enough time to do it in, especially during extra-busy periods. But often the true culprits are our everyday habits: what we eat, how we sleep, and how we cope emotionally. Read on for some simple, recharging changes that can help you tackle all of the energy stealers in your life.

WebMD then goes through a checklist of different activities to increase your momentum.  A few of my favorites are:

  • Have breakfast everyday
  • Eat every three to four hours
  • Fill up on fiber
  • Stay hydrated
  • Watch caffeine
  • Turn on some tunes
  • Lower the thermostat
  • Get your exercise

    I’ve been on the every two hour ‘feeding’ schedule for almost two years now, and it definitely helps.
