free magic tricks

When I was just a young man fighting my way up off the streets of inner city Philadelphia, I quickly learned that a good magic trick could be as effective as blowing a rape whistle for defending myself against thugs and bullies.
By ‘fighting my way up off the streets of inner city Philadelphia’, I of course mean ‘doing magic shows for upper middle class white kids in the southwest suburbs of Denver’. And by ‘defending myself against thugs and bullies’ I naturally mean “earning an occasional $15 which I’d spend on Jolt cola and parts for my skateboard.
I still get a kick out of a good magic trick and an English accent though.
Imagine my delight then in finding English magician Nick Reade’s collection of free magic. For nothing more than the ‘cost’ of your email address, you’ll learn several cool feats you can do at the bar or whereever else a sexy lady has earned a bit of entertainment.
The “Dream Card” offers the most impressive finale, but if you don’t have a deck of cards with you at the bar, “The Magic Touch” will probably work wonders; especially for the cute, tipsy brunette in the Bebe shirt and short skirt.
Go get em, Houdini. Rowr.

I had no idea you and Glenn were so similar. Growing up on the tough streets of Phili, earning a living by turning tricks, and all of that at such a young age. I thought it was just Glenn. Seriously, back then, you two could have gone into business together. Ha. Nice post though.
When did the “Magic The Gathering” games start?
“Start”? You imply that they stopped.
There’s this one trick I used to do at parties in college and everyone would flip out and no one could figure it out. I’ll have to show you sometime.
since when did start imply that something has stopped? i’m so confused, it’s cold out and there are bears…
Hahaha.. Goat, good point. I realized the folly of my ways shortly after hitting ’submit’. And now the whole interweb can see. Dammit!
Raquel; bring it!
Jillian; G-money and I are on the same page in plenty of ways..
Greg; speaking of our Magic the Gathering game, don’t forget the Mountain Dew.
