free chipotle burrito

Chipotle’s been doing an annual Halloween giveaway for awhile now; dress as a burrito on 10/31; get a free meal. But last night when I descended on a downtown Denver store (dressed in my normal streetwear), ordered my chicken burrito and proceeded to the cash register I was told “It’s on the house”.
I asked why and was told “today’s customer appreciation day, everyone eats for free”. I have no idea if this was a fluke, a one off event, or what, but I think it’s worth the effort to ask your local Chipotle if they too offer any ‘customer appreciation days’.
If so, mark your calendar. The only thing tastier than the fattening fun of a Chipotle burrito is a free Chipotle burrito.
I know someone with a Kitchen Aide Mixer… It’s real nice.
oh man i miss Chipotle. Sounds like their free promos have gotten more forgiving. A while back Greg and I decided to go claim our free burritos for their “wear a foil costume” promo. My costume was a piece of foil wrapped around my wrist like a bracelet, and greg’s was a piece of foil on his belt buckle. Needless to say the manager was not amused, but after threatening to leave our already made burritos behind, he decided to give them to us. Haha.
Chipotle has some really unique public relations. I love being surprised by free burritos! Right now Chipotle is holding a 30-Seconds of Fame contest to show consumer-made commercials. You can view one of the finalists here:
