Foraging in the Airport
August 21, 2008 by Greg
I eat a minimum of 5 times per day. Every few hours I’m picking some kind of vegetarian health food into palatable bites. When I find myself in my usual haunt, the airport terminal, I spend a bit of time cruising the gates looking for some kind of dining option. Rarely though do I find something to satiate myself.
What I don’t understand is how the quality of food drops as it passes through the airport security. Is the TSA actively filtering tasty and delicious ingredients? Are the skilled hands that man my city’s Tokyo Joes and Chipotles denied entry to the concourse?

It’s marginally better for us carnivores, but just. I eat far too much Mc Donalds / BK once I’m actually on the concourse. We need to find a Brenner equivalent at every airport I think..
they’re just afearing the explosivie might of sake bombs and a bean filled greg.
