for men only: an aspirin a day
October 22, 2007 by Cash

I’ve often heard about the almost magical effects of a daily aspirin on one’s health. Now studies have confirmed the benefits; but only for men.
Trials on men showed that aspirin reduces risk of heart attack by 50 percent, while trials on women demonstrated no or less effect.
These findings correlate with the recent study discovering that heart blood vessels have different structure in men and women. It is also known that women have higher level of oestrogen hormone, making women less susceptible to the benefits of aspirin.

What dosage?
From what I’ve read, one tablet per day.
