		<description>One tip; If the leasing agent describes a pool-side appartment as serene and relaxing do keep in mind that most places keep the hot tub open all year round.  Sure, the pool offers nice "views" in the summer but imagine loud kids being in the pool area at ALL times of the day ALL year.  This can and does happen, even in "upscale" properties.</description>
