DIY Men’s Energy Drink

If you work out, you know it’s important to keep hydrated during and after your regimen. Many guys use expensive, off-the-shelf sugar-sweat-water (aka Gatorade).

But if you’re looking to save some cash, Yaniverse has posted the recipe for his own DIY energy drink, EnerT:

  • 2 tea bags
  • 6 level teaspoons sugar (24 grams)
  • Pinch of salt (0.5 grams)
  • 2 oz lemon juice (55 grams)
  • 30 oz boiling water

Yes, it does suspiciously look like a reciple for tea…with a little tweak.
