		<description>Wednesday, when we do the wine and cheese, I can also make pancakes.  Choose a recipe that you want to make and get the ingredients and we will make them. When I was in Japan, my friend took us to this restaurant where they made Japanese savory pancakes called &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Okonomiyaki" rel="nofollow"&gt;okonomiyaki&lt;/a&gt;.  They were delicious and you could have them prepared in several different ways.  We had Kim Chi flavored ones, as well as some with cabbage, potatoes and eggs.  Sweetness!</description>
