When I was in Japan, my friend took us to this restaurant where they made Japanese savory pancakes called <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Okonomiyaki" rel="nofollow">okonomiyaki</a>. They were delicious and you could have them prepared in several different ways. We had Kim Chi flavored ones, as well as some with cabbage, potatoes and eggs. Sweetness! Damn straight you had some TASTY potato pancakes on St. Patty’s Day.
