combat training for suburbanites

Over the years, I have done alot of different workouts with my martial arts.
I have used weights and I have done push ups, sit ups, running etc.
One of the work outs that I tried and still use to this day is a program by Matt Furey, called Combat Conditioning and It is intense to say the least.
I’m not saying that after you read this you should give up traditional weight training, but I am saying that you should think about adding bodyweight exercises into your workout routine.
I have found a good link that shows you the basics of the course and how to do each move so you can try a little of the program.
If you like what you read then I would highly recomend getting the full course from Matt Furey.
