This would apply to airline tickets, gas purchases (driver's licenses tied to credit cards) and of course food. Groceries, restaurants and even carnivals or anywhere else food is served/sold. I don't believe in changing the laws to force people to be a certain way, but we've taxed the hell out of gambling, cigarettes, and alcohol and it might have curbed *some* consumption, but not all of it and the powers that be have made money off of the peoples' choice. We could do this with weed and prostitution as well and ease the burden on our prison system, but a "free" country, this is NOT! That being said, those who take MORE than an equal share of our society (more fabric for clothes, gas for cars, food from buffets, etc.) should be taxed accordingly. I can't stand too much food on a plate at one time, and I don't want to have to/can't eat something I don't like. That rule would insure I never ate at those places. Who do they think they are they anyway, your parents? I love to 'graze' buffets, not to stuff myself overly-full, simply to taste a bit of whatever looks good, (which doesn't mean it IS good.)
