I'm always shocked how much sand comes off the bottom of my shoes in during the winters in Boston. I've heard mixed reviews about Roombas - but I'd love a cleaning lady, and they don't get stuck on cords like Roombas. I am a big fan of the doormat - and the shoe storage area. In the mean time however, I've actually grown to appreciate the cleaning process. I'm not even interested in a roomba at this point.
