Admitting Your Mistakes
April 19, 2007 by Greg
It’s sharing time here at Urban Monarch. I have a mistake I made that I need to get off my chest. Everyday I think about this post,I feel a little a bit of guilt.
This was a really stupid idea. The starch didn’t work as well as commercial products. After about a month, it started to smell bad; like damp towels or moldy carpet. Hell, I don’t even do my own laundry anymore, let alone ironing.
Now that I’ve gotten that off my chest I feel a lot better. Anything you need to talk about?
P.S. Hot tip, don’t iron your polos, send them to the dry cleaner.

The first step is admitting you have stinky starch.
regardless of the mistake if you are able to take something away from it i think it’s ok, but if every weekend you keep doing one more shot than you should, or keep failing to ignore the beer goggles affect then haha, what the hell?
goat likes the f’uglies
stop projecting :o)
This was not a mistake per se. It was a lack of practice. If your clothes became “stinky” they were damp. Either they were stored where they could absorb water or they where put away damp. Iron clothes completely dry and store in a cool dry closet.
I have been ironing with cornstarch since I became our family’s homemaker about 18 months ago. I started using it for a very simple reason. Canned starch costs about $2 per can. Homemade starch costs about 2 cents per “can”.
I read some of the arrogant and asinine responses that your suggestion received. People like that are selfishly trying to keep the world at their own low level of accomplishment. Ignore the graceless jerks and keep on thinking for yourself.
Work hard, have fun and God bless,
G
