5 Sentence Emails

I’ve spent hours crafting emails answering project managers and clients loosely defined questions. It’s a big time waster. So, I’m going to start writing smaller emails and allow myself in and out of my inbox within a few minutes.

Why is this email only 5 sentences?
I’m wondering if I need to create a web page explaining how to contact me to best work with all the rules I’m setting in place. Maybe I should start writing 5 sentence blog posts…
Or not.
