30-30 reposado tequila : product review

I’ve never been a fan of tequila straight. 

Margaritas?  Sure.  Especially with a nice salty rim on a hot summer’s day. 

Sipping tequila, or even doing shots of it, seemed more like taking my medicine (and a flaming, gag reflex inducing medicine at that) than enjoying a drink.

Imagine my surprise then when Greg introduced me to 30-30 Reposado, not only completely sippable, but also a steal at $17.99 / 750ml (at least here in Denver).

30-30 is a 100% agave tequila (all of their lines, including their blanco which is a perfect mixer). 

The resposado has a warm, velvety smooth flavor that’s very pleasing on the tongue and in my opinion is complex enough to be enjoyed neat.

Highly recommended.
